Built for environments adopting Zero Trust frameworks, this credential supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and PIV-compatible smart card login, while also including HID Prox® technology and a blue magstripe for swipe-based systems.
With a FIPS 140-2 Level 2 certified secure chip and both contact and contactless interfaces, the C2300 enables phishing-resistant authentication, PKI certificate storage, digital signatures, and encrypted communications across IT networks. The Prox chip and magstripe ensure backward compatibility for older readers and time/attendance terminals, offering a seamless transition from legacy systems to high-assurance access controls.
