The HID Partner reward program recognises and rewards partner expertise in solving customers security identity challenges. It brings USC the opportunity to better support its customers with the latest product release information, marketing materials and sales support.
The whole team have worked hard towards achieving this status having completed a mixture of activities to increase our product knowledge and help us deliver a better solution for our customers. The sales team have undertaken several training courses to become certified in different product types. These courses were completed and submitted to HID alongside business & marketing plans of how the company aimed to work more closely with HID and grow its customer base. A combination of these activities ultimately helped us achieve the platinum partner status!
