We are a Global leader in the Smart Card Industry, currently looking for an Internal Sales Administrator. The role is to prospect, win customers, grow those customers, and contribute to the growth of our overall Sales portfolio.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and develop new Customer relationships
  • Support Marketing initiatives
  • Keep Sales and Marketing Tools (including CRM) and customer records updated
  • Develop relevant knowledge on products, innovations, techniques and skills
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers
  • Help Business Managers to be aware of any customer issues and help these to be resolved
  • Liaising between sales, Logistics, Technical and outside suppliers

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to function equally well alone and in a team
  • Demonstrate knowledge of office systems, technology, office administration and management
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Good organisational skills
  • Have unquestionable time management

What we offer:

A Base Salary starting at £15,999.00 per annum, depending on experience, with an uncapped Commission structure and benefits package. USC provides excellent career prospects in a Global leading firm within the Smart and Semi-Conductor field.

The position is full time and based in or Rossendale Office, at the heart of Rawtenstall, in our Sales and Marketing Hub. Full training will be given.
