Universal is Proud to Announce Terry Martin as the New Technical Manager

Terry has worked for Universal in our technical centre for the last 6 years and grown from strength to strength. Terry’s been a great asset to Universal over the last 6 years supporting our sales team and customers whilst supporting the day-today running of our technical services in the personalisation bureau. Starting at Universal as a studio and data apprentice, he quickly worked his way up to studio and data technician and has now gone on to further his career and take charge of our technical team.
Terry has now been promoted to Technical Manager where he is responsible for providing technical support to our sales team and the maintenance and development of the bureau capabilities at our Technical Centre. As well as this he will offer both pre and post-sales support to our customers to help support them in selecting the right card for their organisation!
