The ACS ACM1252U-Y3 is a USB NFC reader module that contains a seperate detachable antenna board to help integrators with easy integration as well as giving maximum reader distance. The ACM1252U-Y3 reader supports all three NFC modes; peer to peer (active communication with another NFC device), reader/writer (active/passive transmission) and Card Emulation (acts as a passive device). It supports ISO14443A/B and ISO18092-compliant NFC tags. Due to the ACM1252U-Y3 readers detachable antenna and optional USB cable it makes it easy particularly for kiosks and vending machines to accept NFC devices.
