With the standard silver cover, you can protect your HiTi printer with a three-year return-to-base machine repair, 45 days of telephone support and unlimited email support. However, with the Gold Cover Plan, you can enjoy all of these Silver Plan benefits with the added bonus of full telephone support, an annual service and a free loan printer should you need to send yours away for repair or during your annual service.
Our HiTi service engineers are fully trained to support the CS-200e and the CS-220e printers at our Technical Centre in Portsmouth. We have a fully equipped workshop with a full range of spares and a dedicated support telephone and email service.
